The Harman Kardon Three Thirty Nocturne is a solid state receiver and special not just for the HK name, but also because it's the earliest, most unique version of the well-respected 330 family. It's rarer than later versions and offers a pleasant, natural sound.
When the Gibson guitar company bought Epiphone, they soon moved manufacturing of the Epiphone models to overseas. However, models like this, made right after the acquisition, were made in the Gibson Kalamazoo factory, right next to their Gibson counterparts.
